Automatic Account Suspension on Overdue Invoices

All dedicated servers will automatically be suspended as soon as an invoice is overdue. To unsuspend an account simply clear the invoice by either clicking the link to the invoice sent to you by e-mail or by logging into our client portal with your e-mail address and password and clearing your invoice with a credit card or PayPal account.

Dedicated servers are subject to being reclaimed and all content deleted if you fail to make a timely payment. If you make a late payment we do not automatically reactivate the dedicated servers. Contact SunPath directly after you make a late payment to reactivate the dedicated server.
