At approximately 11:15 PM Eastern time (Dec 27), our systems detected packet loss through select upstreams and peering exchanges. After investigation, this packet loss was isolated to a specific backhaul provider between QTS and 165 Halsey. To mitigate this issue, we have temporarily disabled upstreams using this backhaul provider and shifted all traffic through alternative available carriers. During this time, you may experience sub-par routing, but no further packet loss.
The backhaul provider has been engaged.
