What: Uplink optic replacement
When: Friday, February 27th, 2026, 4 PM Eastern (UTC-5)
Window: 3 hours
Impact: We will be replacing optics at the A and Z end of our GSL uplinks. We will shift traffic onto Unitas as we perform this work. This will have two periods of routing reconvergence as traffic is drained off of GSL, then when GSL is reintroduced into our mix and GSL routes take over again. No down time is expected, beyond the routing reconvergence.

OPTIONAL: We apologize that this maintenance is not optional.
CONNECTIVITY: No net change will take place to your Internet connectivity. Everything about the transit (latency, carriers, etc) will remain the same after the action as they were before.
SCHEDULING: This day and time is carefully chosen to ensure that everything goes as smooth as possible. While you may have workloads that would be impacted at this date and time, other customers would have workloads impacted at other dates and times.
CREDIT: Scheduled maintenance actions do not qualify for SLA credit.
